-Compared to other consulting firms I feel like SK has a good work-life balance (depending on industry) -Good leadership and partners -Can move quickly up the ladder -A lot of opportunity to get involved (conferences, thought leadership, BD)

Cons

-We are behind the curve on internal processes but getting there(training, systems, reviews) -Not a true up or out culture, but by director level you only other advancement is partner or you need to find an exit opportunity
