-Most colleagues are fun to work with -Consulting on the sunny side (all projects about profitable growth not cost cutting)

Cons

-Narrow focus on pricing -very diverse divisions (workload and leadership very different) -funny enough a very strong focus on costs internally (leads to higher bonus for partner but frustration among consultants)
