- The people make it worth it, there are some real characters in the office - Huge diversity of projects across different industries - A chance to become an expert on pricing - Senior leadership is excellent

Cons

- Long hours (but that comes with the territory and the hours are better than other firms) - Sometimes the company overall feels 'overly' german
