Pros

The flat, friendly, and non-cut-throat structure really nurtures your growth, especially for consultants who just came out of college. People are generally very intelligent, helpful, and just a little quirky. Since it is a relatively young firm, the projects are also less specialized and so always different and interesting.

Cons

Since the company is young, it is facing a lot of growing pains - it only recently hired a PR person and still does not have a full time HR. Knowledge management is also not quite there so sometimes you find yourself reinventing the wheel, for better or worse.
