Pros

The staff is friendly and helpful and make you feel like you're part of the team. You're able to easily interact with different departments, so everyone is part of the process.

Cons

Occasionally it feels like some of the employees in different departments think they are superior to others, especially when it comes to emails inquiring about possible mistakes in the databases.

Pros

Great list of authors. Some phenomenal editors & publishers. In top 5 of all trade publishers.

Cons

Ship without a rudder. The publishing/book world is changing and fast. Their solution is to work people to death, make them fearful of their job & well, fire a LOT of people.
