Pros

You receive training on unique equipment; CNC and Robotic Cutters. Decent pay for the industry, plus insurance and a retirement plan. There also is an opportunity to further your education.

Cons

Not all associates are offered a chance for personal growth. It all depends who is assessing you. Some office personnel feel they are above you. The expectations between the shifts are not standard and uniform.

Pros

Great OTJ learning. Great Mgt. Sadly, Simonton in McAlester is no longer operational. I had a wonderful experience with this company.

Pros

A great company to work for! I love going into work everyday. My boss is great and so are all of the managers there and at cooperate.

Cons

There is not much to complain about with simonton. Everyone is friendly, and willing to listen to any problems that might occur.
