      Great Projects and Coworkers

      Pros

      I've enjoyed the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have really helped to build my skillset in different areas. In the time I've been at Simple Science I've acquired experience that would have taken 2-3x the amount of time to get at a larger company. I think this is due to the variety of projects you get to work on and the ownership that you're able to take quickly of different projects.

      Cons

      Fast paced, not great if you're used to a more corporate pace. And there can be long days during the busy times of the year.

      Unlimited Snacks and Beverages with Free Lunch Friday’s

      Cons

      This place will set you up for failure. Zero on boarding during the initial start of the job without an underlying description of their expectations. Never once was there an over view of the clients you’ll be working with nor was there ever a process on how the company works. Communication between internal teams is limited to none without an opportunity to collaborate with one another. They shun the input of any innovation or questioning for reasoning. This company has been around since 2012 and it feels like they started yesterday. Not a care for your sense of health, wellbeing, or outside life. This place seek to hire and fire on a cycle.

      Pros

      The quality of work we produce for our client's brand experiences is by far the best I've seen in the 20+ years I've been in sales & marketing. The growth opportunity for this company is amazing for those who are up for the challenge.

      Cons

      We are a smaller boutique firm (but very mighty) which can require that people wear multiple hats in their day to day work life, so be ready/willing to contribute to help our clients succeed.
