      Pros

      This is a busy creative company, I never lack something to do. I like that the projects are always changing and one day is not like the next. Co-workers are helpful and nice, there is definitely a collaborative environment. Lots of room to grow as the company does.

      Cons

      Can be long days, especially close to project deadlines. Being a small company you can get thrown into doing something that needs to be done that may be outside your normal work area, but you do gain varied experience.

      Pros

      I've worked at Simple Science for a number of years, I feel very, very fortunate to work along side such hard working individuals who are passionate about providing the best possible service and results. The culture is fairly casual and laid back (which is great), but always evolving and encourages forethought and creativity. Awesome location, fantastic co-workers, engaging projects.

      Cons

      People that want a corporate, do the same cookie-cutter thing every day 9-5, this isn't your place. Need to be dedicated and willing to take constructive feedback.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere for the most part. Lots of work.

      Cons

      Management is all over the place, arrogant, self-involved and pretty much does not care about the employees. They say the do. But the foul language, yelling, flaunting trips and money they make. Then they complain about how much they pay the employees.
