      Pros

      The apprenticeship created flexible trainings that ensures I develop the right skillset. I get the opportunity to learn from the best in the IT industry, understanding from an hands on approach. I have benefited from qualified mentors. The company made sure to include me in different team-building activities and gatherings.

      Pros

      There is plenty of opportunity for Growth, it has doubled in size since 2020, The benefits are Amazing, The work schedule is flexible work. It's currently 100% and pre Covid the company was 80% percent remote work. STS has a diverse staff, diverse and representing people from all genders and ethnicities, religions and sexualities. They invest in there employees career development. The Engineers are very empathetic and helpful. Employee engagement is top-notch. the Apprenticeship program offers paid training and certifivcations

      Cons

      It's not a "chain of command" business, there is a lot of autonomy, so you will have to be able to work as a part of a self organized team. You must have good internet to be successful, if you have awful internet coverage in your area you will not be able to participate in the virtual meetings which may leed to poor work performance.

      Pros

      STS works on very innovative projects, so there's always a cool pipeline of stuff to get involved with. They are also very employee and community-centric, which I love. The benefits and employee engagement activities like virtual happy hours and games are super fun. And I love the STS apprenticeship program and how we create tech jobs in underrepresented communities.

      We work hard...but we play hard too!
