      Pros

      It's exciting to be a part of a company that encourages you to advance, grow, and push beyond your limits. They have challenged me to operate outside of my comfort zone and the rewards have been tremendous (both professionally and personally). It's also great that they value balance and encourage taking necessary time to recharge. This is truly a company that practices what they preach and they value each and every team-member as a whole. Whether it is lending an ear or a hand, even the executives are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch in anytime assistance is needed. The opportunities to grow within the company are impressive given its size. Whether one starts as an Apprentice or Senior Developer, STS's system of mentorship is appreciated.

      Cons

      It would be great to see more women in tech ranging all positions (as a whole - not just at STS).

      Technical excellence that is second to none in cloud, DevOps & software development. Focused on wowing our customers while creating "on-ramps" for people of diverse backgrounds to get their first opportunity as IT engineers in the GovCon space.

      Pros

      One of the best teams I have ever worked for. Competitive salary and flexible schedule. They truly care and invest in their employees, which creates a really great work environment. Even though we work remotely, my coworkers and managers, even the owners, are always available if I ever needed anything. They care about work-life balance as well and they provide the tools for you need to succeed. I learned a great deal on my project and was recognized for my work. The company also has good benefits: paid holidays, PTO, 401k, affordable health insurance, and HSA. The company has double its size on my second year of working there. There will be challenges as the company grows, but there will be lot of room for growth and promotion.

      Cons

      No complaints. They really listen to any issues you bring up and handle them accordingly.
