- Helping clinicians to make their lives easier and to free their time to help more people - Interesting problems to solve - A lot of room for growth - There’s plenty of challenging work to do - The majority of managers and leaders listen to their team members, care about them, support them and provide feedback - Very talented, thoughtful, proactive, collaborative and helpful co-workers on all teams - Employees can transition to other positions within the company if they want to and if they speak to their managers - A lot of great coworkers to learn from with lots of experience on multiple teams - LA office is so stylish, everything is made for employees’ convenience

Interview Process is Misleading

Pros

You get to work with lovely people and help those helping others. Working with therapists is very rewarding on a daily basis.

Cons

The pay is low compared to other companies in LA and the interview process is very misleading. They advertise a certain job title and once you are hired let you know you will be given a different job title. The whole process was very confusing. They do not provide reviews or annual raises.
