Pros

Good Pay and Benefits, Unlimited PTO

Cons

Management belittles your work, constantly putting down employees. No Morale. I went to HR in Confidence to report this behavior, they went to the manager and told them what I said, 2 weeks later I was fired.

Thank you for taking the time to provide candid feedback. We are glad that you viewed our compensation package, benefits, and time-off policies as pros during your tenure. Although we are not familiar with the particular circumstances of your exit, we are regretful it was not more positive. We wish you the best of luck in your next chapter.

Pros

- The people in CS are absolutely wonderful - Working from home is nice - The benefits provided by the job (health insurance, etc) are fairly great

Cons

- Your pay will barely cover rising inflation, but the company will continue to boast about earnings in team meetings. - If you are in a senior/manager position outside of CA, it is very possible that new hires in a different state make more than you. - High levels of turnover in manager positions, meaning that you probably know more about your role than the person evaluating you on said role does. - There are constant incidents due to poorly managed Product and Marketing teams, because the upper leadership in the parent company is looking for output and results over a quality product. - When multiple people on your team leave due to the combination of a growing customer base, stagnant wages, and overall stress, you will be asked to cover their responsibilities with zero addition to your pay and no cuts to your original responsibilities. If you have an issue with that, you are told that it is part of your role.

Pros

- Helping clinicians to make their lives easier and to free their time to help more people - Interesting problems to solve - A lot of room for growth - There’s plenty of challenging work to do - The majority of managers and leaders listen to their team members, care about them, support them and provide feedback - Very talented, thoughtful, proactive, collaborative and helpful co-workers on all teams - Employees can transition to other positions within the company if they want to and if they speak to their managers - A lot of great coworkers to learn from with lots of experience on multiple teams - LA office is so stylish, everything is made for employees’ convenience

Cons

- Pandemic definitely has affected our culture

Going downhill

Pros

- most individual contributor level employees are smart and passionate

Cons

- leadership is intent on destroying the company - new leadership is unfocused. Has yet to articulate a real vision, chasing short term money with no long term plans - new leadership keeps adding mid level managers from their their previous mature companies, who aren’t a fit at a growth stage company - leadership and HR actively micromanage and demotivate users - below inflation raises even for top performers

Pros

A bimonthly paycheck Decent, yet expensive health insurance Unlimited vacation if your manager actually cares about you

Cons

Micromanagement God awful leadership with a lack of direction Backbone-less managers Long hours and sometimes weekend work Yes-people who brown nose and protect their self interests A CEO who only talks about pressing issues when it's convenient for him. Read the room Jonathan A mental health company that doesn't care about the mental health and wellbeing of its employees A stressful environment with employees on the brink of collapse from burnout

Not bad, not great

Pros

The people who are hired are likeminded, kind (for the most part), passionate about the work, and driven. The training process really set me up well to be successful early in my position.

Cons

Things have really gone downhill, especially in the last year or so. The reviews on here are probably from team members still in the honeymoon period of their employment. The plans for returning back to the office have been very poorly communicated and the management group has been really defensive when we've asked. They say that they pay us very well at the top of the market, but it isn't the case. I have several friends in similar positions at different companies that make the same or more than me. Team members have been fired pretty regularly which makes it hard for me to know where I stand even though I have asked this question to my manager regularly. Radical candor is preached, but we can't really do it because then you have a target on your back. Anonymous surveys are really the only way people feel comfortable being honest.

The best culture

Pros

I have never felt like I belonged more at a company! I enjoy working with my team, the department I am in, and my direct manager. People are valued and rewarded for the contribution no matter what their background is, cultural or professional career. There is a unique and distinct culture that has been grown here- team members uplift each other and there is no corporate climbing backstabbing that is so common in other companies.

Cons

As with many successful companies, there is a shift towards investor and shareholder interest rather than employee and user satisfaction. We don't need to succumb to the capitalist end fate of many other companies- we are and have been profitable for a long time.

Pros

- Semi-flexible schedule and good work-life balance - Summer R&R and Wellbeing days - Diversity and inclusion

Cons

- Salary not competitive to market - Team managers have no merit to be in their position (with the exception of a couple) - Technological advancement going downhill and the company is losing talent
