- Deep ownership in the work that you do - Very talented teammates - Collaboration across all departments - Customer focused - Strong leadership and the vision of the company is clear - Since we service behavioral health professionals, we also recognize that a good work/life balance is important - we have optional daily meditation, and focused uninterrupted time blocks - Fully paid medical insurance - A lot of holidays and vacation days

Unique culture, the people there were good, lots of snacks, there is opportunity for growth

Cons

People getting let go right away, no opportunities to correct things. Also talking about politics in the workplace--it's very uncomfortable and it could lead to unnecessary conflicts. I did see political books that were leaning to a certain spectrum and I didn't think they should be there at all. People oversharing a lot of personal information that should be kept out of the workplace.
