Cons

Management belittles your work, constantly putting down employees. No Morale. I went to HR in Confidence to report this behavior, they went to the manager and told them what I said, 2 weeks later I was fired.

Ironic that a therapy company was the most stressful job I had

Pros

- Great individual contributors. Really great at what they do. - As it goes for vertical SaaS's, this is top of the line. Name carries weight.

Cons

- INCREDIBLY stressful workloads. Working 45+ hours a week was the only way to finish your workload each week. - Designers go through insane criticisms each sprint, around 4 - 5 rounds of presentation + feedback, from managers, stakeholders and leadership. - Little to no support from management, only there to criticize when you fail.

remote health benefits nothing else to be honest

Cons

they did mass layoffs of employees who had recently asked for disability accommodations and put us in a SLACK channel to tell us about being let go. management does not care about you pay never changes burn out is real little to no help from leadership
