Poor Leadership & Work Culture

Pros

Free Company Trip Yearly and they send you and spouse gifts for holidays.

Cons

No processes or training at all. They bring up metrics you’re lacking in for your review that no one is following and you were never trained to follow. Everyone does their roles and tasks completely different. PM management does not do team meetings or touch points with team or let you know when they’re out of office or anything. They expect you to navigate through issues and understand carriers process when they don’t provide the resources or information so you can succeed. Let’s not get started on management helping you with issues and escalations. They spend too much time gossiping and eating on the company’s dime but want to nickel and dime your salary and bonus. If you’re not puckering up to leadership or in the family please expect low wages and a passive aggressive quarterly review.

Pros

It's rare to work for a business of this size that has such a consultative and open approach to shaping the future of the organisation. Opinions are taken on board, and where possible, implemented to achieve success and betterment. As a company, Simplify are constantly looking to survey staff opinion to ensure that the team are connected, engaged and all happy with the direction of the business and their respective careers Sharing success is a key part of each working day An employer of choice!

Cons

The open and progressive way that the business operates means that I don't have any cons to speak of because any issues are taken on board and are corrected/improved All businesses have cons to some extent, but it's the companies that engage in trying to remove them that stand apart

Great place that's heading in the right direction

Pros

Nice offices with plenty of facilities, great people - all willing to help and support, focused on being leading edge with technology drives and AI incorporation.

Cons

Nothing that you wouldn't expect from a fast-paced environment. Although managers are much better, some training would help them really enhance their skills further.
