Good training programme Clear progression route Some of the staff are nice

Cons

No parking Really long hours and not that great pay Not that much diversity This job should really be work from home as everything can be done from home If you’ve done a law degree and are looking to go into conveyancing and qualify as a solicitor then look elsewhere It’s like a call centre and very limited law as case management system does everything for you Does not have a good work to life balance as you finish at 5:30

great culture, friendly atmosphere, supportive colleagues and fixed timings with performance related incentive above base pay

Cons

legal assistant have long working hours, may have to work on one week off to complete task, decent salary in he beginning
