Great place to work - lots of improvements recently

Pros

Really listening to Conveyancers and managing our case loads more considerately. More improvements to how we are bringing new starters into the company with better tools and environment. Bonus has really improved where we are getting rewarded for completions.

Cons

Still a very fast paced environment.
