Don't know where to start * The CEO likes to hire management personnel , extract work for a year, and then fire before it's time to give the bonus. * The clients are sold a dream. Then the teams are put under extreme pressure to deliver the dream. * There is way too much politics here for a "startup". Region politics, Language politics, you name it. * There is no concept of a roadmap. Cater to whichever client makes the most noise. * The VPs, SVPs, EVPs, C-suite have no say in anything. They need to follow what the CEO says. * The current tech leader has absolutely no understanding of tech. Just forwards emails all day long. * Every december/january timeframe there's a layoff . Everyone knows who is going to be let go this year. * The general leadership principle is "scream" till you get results. On a typical day - a client raises an issue, engineers are summoned, they are asked to provide resolution dates even before they have a chance to check what the issue is, promise is made to the client. The next day - the same thing repeats for a different client. Only problem is, now - the engineer isn't able to satisfy the promise made the previous day. The vicious loop continues leading to dissatisfied clients. * Quality in work is non-existent. Understandably so. * The environment itself is toxic. Every "leader" is working with utmost priority to save their job. * Last year they were focussing on a NeuroDiversity application. There used to be tons of posts on linkedin on the benefits. The irony is - there is no diversity in this company. Overall - Everyday working here is filled with extreme stress for no good reason.
