Pros

The hybrid work model offers employees the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments more effectively. Initially Less frequent commuting means lower stress and more time for family, hobbies, and self-care. SimplifyVMS can hire the best talent from anywhere, not limited to a specific geographic location.

Cons

Remote work can sometimes lead to communication gaps and misunderstandings among team members. initially working remotely might not have immediate productivity because you don't know much about the product.

Pros

None that I can think of. There were some good people, but they all were laid off.

Cons

My time at Simplify VMS was disappointing and frustrating. From the start, there was no support or direction for new hires. Career advancement opportunities were unclear. Leadership showed favoritism and often canceled 1:1 meetings, making communication difficult. The work environment was hostile and disorganized, with doubts about the company's future. Hiring and firing happened swiftly, adding to the instability. Important company information was often withheld by leadership, leaving employees feeling lost. The product didn't deliver as promised, and questionable business practices were observed. Overall, my experience at Simplify VMS was far from positive, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
