The very poor & unplanned management team who is trying to build the product and it's leading to a lots of hiccups and making life miserable for team members. Also there are lot of bossy politics going in the org.

Hiring process is very fast.

Cons

Company claims to be a diverse company but there's no diversity. Management style is very poor and there is no communication within teams or between teams. There is no training provided whatsoever and benefits package is a joke.
