      I really enjoy the fast paced and underdog mentality Simplus embraces. I love working with a team of highly skilled Salesforce experts!

      Cons

      I feel like it can be hard to have a good work/life balance based on the demand of having multiple projects.

      Pros

      While I haven't been part of the team as long as some others, I feel more valued than I have with previous employers after many years. The process of getting hired showed me the level of dedication Simplus has to building the ideal team; even more evident after starting full-time.

      Cons

      I've yet to come across a con. I'm sure with working for a growing company comes growing pains, but some of us thrive in that type of environment.
