Amazing culture and team

Pros

Simplus has quite simply provided a vehicle for me to push myself and realize exceptional professional growth. I wasn't sure that I was ready for the consulting world when I started, but with guidance from a mentor that knew more about what I was capable of, I went for it... and haven't looked back. They've provided as much challenge as I could take, and helped me rise through and above it. I've learned new skills, realized new potential, and moved through the business as an astounding pace. The technological skills I took on are invaluable, and provide a solid foundation for moving into a technical project management role that I'm now currently thriving in. It's been a culture that drives me to care about more than just the job, and I can't wait to see this takes me from here.

Cons

It can be challenging in a way that will test your ability to keep up and keep sane. There are currently hurdles related to aggressive growth that can be wearing at times; but, we have the time to overcome it, and everyone's eyes are on how to fix those issues in real-time.

Pros

Leadership does well at selling the vision, rallying the troops, and setting a vision.

Cons

Company tries to think you are a owner with their bogus stock plan for employees. They are moving fast and learning on the fly. Senior management (not the owners) are young and not too qualified with their pedigree. They mean well, but under qualified. They also sell you on culture, but my experience with other coworkers are they under pay you dramatically. Hopefully this changes. CEO seems like a good man, leader but not sure he has been in this space of Salesforce before and the president, his brother, has been quoted of not liking salesforce. I was told by several people close that they do not believe in the product they sell, but like to earn the money so went down salesforce. They played off 1/3 of the workforce last couple years. TREAD LIGHTLY AROUND THEM.

We appreciate your feedback and have reviewed this as an executive team. In regards to our stock plan, we agree that we need to do a much better job explaining the stock plan and value that is granted to everyone. We are honored to provide every member of our team stock and believe it is key to our culture. Our compensation packages are not only aggressive for the industry but substantially higher than median incomes for Utah employees (yourself included). Our CEO (who you know well) has been in the IT consulting and tech industry 15+ years. Based on having our partners (Salesforce Ventures & SB) as board members, we are confident we have a clear direction and guidance from the absolute best people in industry. As for the President (myself) not believing in the product, it's an odd assumption based on the fact that we decided to drop two other partnerships and focus 100% on Salesforce because we believed in it so much. This was not an easy decision on any level and we walked away from the largest revenue generating partnership that we had in place at the time. We also went out of our way to place as many of those people in the companies they worked with. We based our decision on which section of our customers had the highest CSAT, which was Salesforce no question. We live and breathe Salesforce and we are 100% committed to it. Our long list of happy customers are evidence of that. We have plenty of room to improve and appreciate your feedback.

Pros

A well organized company that is innovative and quick to address any issues as they occur. A diverse and energetic team is held together by strong management. A very transparent culture exists and allows employees to speak freely with upper management in a positive and inclusive environment. There is roadmap for training if employees wish to further their skills.

Cons

Growth at this rate can be taxing on employees. But the teams keep adjusting as necessary.
