Pros

It starts at the top at Simplus. I have never seen a CEO more committed to maintaining an organization's culture and values than Ryan Westwood, and that trickles down to every level. Goals are clear for the entire team, and each individual is shown exactly how they can achieve success and grow in their career. I learned so much about having a clear vision, goals and accountability that I've applied a lot of the Simplus management framework to my personal and family life.

If you don't like to be engaged in your career and surrounded by great people, Simplus is not for you

- The culture here at Simplus second to none. It feels like a family, and we live and breathe the main pillars of that culture. Everyone acts as a good steward of the company. - At Simplus, you are surrounded by incredibly smart, talented critical thinkers who you can constantly learn from. - The leadership is incredibly transparent about the company's goals and metrics. I have always felt like I receive good direction and support from my manager to achieve my KPI's. - Work/life balance is great

Cons

- I think the health insurance could be better. I paid a lot out of pocket for a surgery last year.
