I don't even know where to begin. Anytime you interview for a new position, it is just as much about the company selling itself as it is you selling why you are the most qualified candidate. I am here to tell you that Simplus is the real deal. I have been here for almost a year, and there has not been a day that has gone by that I have regretted accepting my job offer. Yes Simplus is a rapidly growing company but they are also a very transparent company. From their culture to their revenue numbers, you know it all, and are actively involved in it all. In the 25 plus year that I have been part of the workforce, I have never worked with a more personable, caring CEO as Ryan Westwood. He really does care about each and every employee, and wants the best for them professionally, and most of all personally. In fact, the entire Executive team is very approachable, and has a genuine interest in your success. Simplus is simply awesome!!

Simplus is still growing and there is much opportunity to grow your skillset and take on new responsibilities. 3. Culture is one of the top metrics for the Executive Team. They want you to be happy at work and at home. They are transparent about the state of the company and seek employee feedback. 4. Simplus has positioned itself as a leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. 5. Training - Simplus has improved its training program substantially over the three years that I have worked here. There are also salary increases for completing certain training courses.
