      Pros

      I've worked with Simplus for about a year and a half now, and have loved every minute of it. It's a true startup that is growing and succeeding faster than ever. Management knows what they are doing and know how to take care of their employees. The executive team always make sure employees know what is going on within the company and never make you feel like you are inferior to them. Everyone respects each other and are always ready and willing to help.

      Cons

      This is a startup that is constantly changing. Employees have to be willing to go with the flow of change.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere with lots of hard working people Work on large projects for some of the largest companies in the US

      Cons

      Sometime the leadership and management seem too focused on the creating a higher valuation for the company and not what will get the best results 5 or 10 years from now

      Really fun startup

      Pros

      Its a really fun team to work with and cool environment. I like how open the management is and willing to listen to our ideas. I learned a lot while working here.

      Cons

      There are some real growth pains that they are going through. There are a lot of things that are not yet formalized and this can be frustrating as a developer, although it has gotten a lot better recently (especially with their scope process).
