They want you to be happy at work and at home. They are transparent about the state of the company and seek employee feedback. 4. Simplus has positioned itself as a leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. 5. Training - Simplus has improved its training program substantially over the three years that I have worked here. There are also salary increases for completing certain training courses.

I've been with Simplus for almost 4 years now, and I've seen many many changes. We've grown tremendously, as has my career. I've been given so many opportunities to grow as a consultant and a manager while at Simplus. Joining was absolutely, positively, without a doubt one of the best career moves I've ever made. I still vividly remember 4 years ago talking with Joe Carr, with me hemming and hawing about joining. I already had a good job and at the time it was a leap of faith leaving and joining Simplus. I made the plunge, and wow - thank goodness I did.
