While the bar for performance is high, the managers I’ve worked with are genuine advocates for both your career trajectory and your wellbeing.

Cons

This is a growth-stage business, so don't expect a slow pace or a manual for every process. If you need a predictable 9-to-5 where nothing ever changes, you will struggle here. Communication can sometimes lag behind the speed of execution, meaning you have to be proactive about staying in the loop rather than waiting to be fed information.
