At Simply Business, we’ve always strived to ensure our people feel the benefits of flexible working – ensuring that we’re carefully balancing the needs of our business and people, whilst giving our customers the best possible experience.
We firmly believe that our unique culture – built on a sense of collective community – is an important part of our success to date, and helps us do our best for the customers that we serve. Following the pandemic, we have been careful to gradually evolve expectations to ensure we are being as fair as possible. While we appreciate that we all have different preferences, to us visiting our hubs 8 times a month feels like the right balance of allowing our people to retain a level of flexibility, whilst also giving us the chance to frequently come together.
