Work-life balance, great company culture, 25 vacation days, international annual company trips.

Cons

The Insights department currently has a growth ceiling for Senior analysts, but that's being worked on.

Pros

Flexible work environment. Supported by my manager in my professional development. You have the ability to carve out your own career path and your voice is actually heard. The culture is unlike any company I've ever worked for; my coworkers feel more like friends.

Cons

Like every startup, there are some bumps in the road, along with a considerable amount of ambiguity. It could be difficult for someone who is used to working in a super structured environment with processes in place.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, freedom to make an impact.

Cons

Chaotic management, little direction, boys club, no reward and recognition structure, development opportunities withheld. The culture is very relaxed, and protecting people who do very little is part of that, so it’s a great place to work if you want to do as little as possible and get paid. However, if you expect to be accountable for your performance and your pay/progression to align with that, I’d go somewhere else. There is little-to-no reward structure, and what exists is driven by the few at the top. From my experience it pays to have friends who can help you out, however be aware that there are already cliques in place, that are difficult to break into.
