Informal culture Interesting ideas Free lunch a few times a month Some areas are cutting edge

Cons

Lots of talk but little delivery Developers rule the place and basically block every project Some areas have seen a massive lack of investment.

Pros

Apart from management, great people to work with

Cons

If you're looking for growth based in merit, it will not happen here. The company does not handle conflict well, lower management is extremely inexperienced and some only got their job due to seniority. Sexist behavior by some higher management reported multiple times by engineers and other departments. HR only cares about covering the company instead of offering support to their employees. Employment terms/schedule changed without notice. Went from having a paid lunch hour to zero. The company loves to pretend like it's a startup but employee approach is definitely corporate

Pros

Very few in 2025, you get snacks and free booze if that's your thing.

Cons

Don't know where to start, terrible salaries glossed up as generous. To quote the CEO 'I wouldn't scoff at a 2.5% pay increase' this was bang inline with inflation in Feb after periods the previous yeah where it had been 4+%. Either he doesn't understand or he doesn't think no one else understands inflation. But judging by the AI responses on here I mean you can tell. They have found a cushy niche in the market and not it maximising profit for board members. Don't work here it's that simple.
