      Pros

      I keep uncovering more amazing things about working here. Simply Business is a B corp, which truly is driven by leadership and you can sense the high ethical foundations across the business. The inclusion you feel from is amazing. Seeing the way the business supports managers to help teammates going through major life events is amazing!

      Cons

      There is a lot of information to take in initially - allowing a week or two to truly understand the business before giving urgent and complex tasks helps with being able to deliver and those early 'imposter syndrome' feelings.
