No real cons, other than the size of the company means that you have lots of competition for internal career opportunities. You need to be consistent to develop your career.

Great pay and benefits. You are allowed/encouraged to be your authentic self. You are challenged/empowered to be bold and take initiative - there is no big brother here. Work/life balance is very good. Within my team we are allowed great flexibility, which is a huge perk of this job! The people are great and very inclusive. The workforce is very diverse - with lot of young people in positions of importance. The company is committed to making a positive impact in the world.

Cons

Because it is a newer company in the US there is little organization, but there are strides every day to better this.
