A truly diverse and progressive organisation that genuinely cares about its customers and employees. Incredible benefits. Very good maternity pay.

Cons

After 8 months with the business I honestly haven't encountered any.

Culture not what it used to be / not valued

- flexible working (WFH / Hybrid / Remote) - decent benefits to choose from but not as good as they used to be - focus on wellbeing

Cons

- culture is not what it used to be - largely due to the pandemic but no effort to get that back. - hard to progress - changes in management (if your face doesn't fit scenario) - not valued as an individual, just a number churning away - headcount too heavy in some areas which makes ownership a massive issue - alot of throwing over the fence.
