Couldn’t ask for a better employer

Simply Business cares about its employees. They promise work/life balance throughout the interview process and they continuously keep that promise. Management is attentive and encourage growth and try to help you reach your “Big Dream”. SB has so many advancement opportunities, and ways to help you advance like mentoring, professional coaching & even just amazing co-workers that give advice. Simply business truly does set you up for success by providing excellent resources to ensure you succeed at your role, through spark you can take courses & LinkedIn learning you really can take advantage and get ahead in your career. SB goes above and beyond to work with your talents & ensures you have time and resources to learn more. SB has a clear direction and no matter your role you know you are apart of something great. Management does an phenomenal job of being transparent where they can. From monthly business updates to your 121 with your supervisor you are never left wondering why! I appreciate how down fo earth everyone is including the CEO. Everyone is so welcoming and lets you know if you want to talk throw some time on their calendar. I had the pleasure of being part of a diversity network and I can wholeheartedly say SB is taking their diversity and Inclusion initiatives seriously. From being pro-active hiring people from Underrepresented groups and ensuring to that you have a safe space SB is putting in the work. The benefits are amazing! You are treated like an adult when it comes to your time off or needing time for mental health.
Cons
I don’t really have a “con” the only thing that can get confusing is all the slack channels. My advice is take the time to understand the channels you need & mute the rest!
