Glassdoor is a channel where we encourage our SBers (new, current or alumni) and prospective SBers to share their experiences – it helps provide transparency on what we’re doing well and where we need to improve. There’s been a recent trend in Glassdoor activity, both positive and constructive, and we’d like to reassure you that we don’t apply any pressure for SBers to post reviews. Any recent positive reviews (and indeed constructive thoughts) have been posted independently and speak about those individuals’ experiences.
