Pros

Friendly company with strong drive for the future and a stellar culture. There's real encouragement for self-improvement and learning, and a good approach to hierarchy where anyone is approachable no matter the seniority

Cons

none really - despite expansion even growing pains which are often suffered by companies aren't noticeable here

Pros

• Great CEO • Solid tech stack, compared to many other places in the tech industry • Continous learning • Very tech driven company

Cons

• No sense of team in that you very rarely go for lunch together, it’s very much an individual thing • Some old timers who’ve been their for a long time indoctrinate their team with archaic ways of working and are not open to change • A lot of team politics going on which is not the best thing to be honest • The tech team management structure is very corporate and hierarchical so you know your place on the food chain • A lot of people who’ve been there for a while are leaving

Tends to be a case of "who you know" when it come's to trying to become more senior.
