      Pros

      They are very good at working with your schedule, such as when you are taking college courses. The environment is very casual and relaxed (most of the time). They placed me where needed, and not where I had prior experience, in order to benefit the company and grow my skillset. They are willing to move people around within the company to keep them employed.

      Cons

      There's not a good system for disciplining or motivating the low producers to work harder. In other words, some people are good at not getting a lot of work done, but typically their work ethic will not be discussed with them to find ways for improvement.
