At multiple stations I've heard the same thing. People in multiple departments all agree they're significantly underpaid for the amount they do. It's frustrating when you see jobs flipping burgers that pay better than you make in a highly skilled position!

Poor pay, Micro management, No trust, they are the first company to hold and not pay your bonus. Everyone shows up at 8am and leaves right at 5. The management is young and very shady. No training. Don't expect things to be normal at all. They will mess with your pay. They will lie to you. You will see very high turnover of a staff of 6 sales people they will burn through 20 a year. They hold meetings just to make sure you show back up at 5pm even if your on a sales call. It's not a good place to work the few that have been there have order taker jobs. KDSM is shady in their practice in pricing to customers. Only people that work their don't know any better or are to lazy to better themselves. Please don't waste your time, you will not last. Honestly, you wont want to last there. The reputation of this one in Des Moines is terrible and the work environment is very poor.
