      high commission potential if you stay for a long long time to build the book of business, you wont want to stay that long. management uses personal connections to give you big accounts,

      most toxic workplace ive ever been apart of, 0 support, degrading, every person there wants to quit, makes you feel uncomfortable asking for help but wont train you on anything, constant turn over, no upward mobility, entry level, do not ignore all the red flags, working here will be your biggest regret

      Hostile workplace, stay away from here

      None whatsoever, an evil and wicked employer

      Cons

      During the 3 months there, I was subjected to daily directed personal profanity and abuse enabled by their local HR organization. When I tried to discuss the matter with corporate HR, they ignored every attempt to communicate. Enablers one and all. This place is evil and should be sanctioned by state and federal authorities. Stay away from this abusive employer or have a good labor attorney on standby to sue them into oblivion.

      Corporate does not care about its workers, expects everyone else to train the salesforce instead of actually training them. There is no room for grow, would rather pile your workload than higher someone new
