Cons

-Pay far below market average -Extreme micromanagement and zero trust in their employees -Unable to move up unless someone quits -Favoritism at all levels of the company -Recognizes almost no paid holidays - Extremely poor work-life balance -Managers are typically lifers with the company -Extreme lack of diversity all around at all levels of the organization

Pros

Great news and production team, always positive and willing to help. Excellent regional managers, inspiring and easy to deal with.

Cons

Ongoing and endless drama. Severe emotional outbursts and problems in sales bringing the morale down. Very toxic and unskilled management team. Sales side of the office is one of the smallest I've seen anywhere. Reps are literally breathing on each other, every phone call is heard by all.
