This place is the worst

Pros

There isn't a dress code. Other than that this place does not have any pros. I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star.

Cons

No diversity. Poor Management. It's a good ol boys club and you only get promoted by sucking up to managers and hoping the current manager quits. Training is reading flawed process documentation. But you are responsible for errors when doing exactly what the instructions say. If you want to be talked down too or talked to like you don't have a college degree, this is a place for you.

Pros

Not too many to think of. Bad management, poorest conditions, horrible benefits. Wished they would leave the mom and pop stations alone.

Cons

A lot that will make you run away. You will work long hours for hardly no pay, and not enough recognition from management. Sweeps will absolutely drain you.
