Paycheck, some good colleagues on local level and thinking you’re finally going to use your journalism degree.

Cons

Not in the 21st century. You will not be a journalist here. You will be a sounding board for another conservative organization touting family values then prioritizing dirty money over integrity and unbiased journalism. Do not go here to grow. Go here to get stagnate in your career and take advantage of a mediocre benefits package.

The company offers a lackluster benefits package.

Cons

Poor Work/Life balance Under-qualified Management, often promoted from Sales Reps to Managers with zero experience leading teams. Terrible place to be a sales rep. with limited experience. Minimal Training atmosphere No such thing as SDR's. HR nightmare Close-minded sales methodology. Sales structure is out-dated and run by sexist old men.
