The people in the newsroom in Columbus were fantastic. I loved working with them. They were professional but made work fun.

Cons

The company will never pay you what you're worth. They'll only give lowball raises. Sinclair corporate will pressure stations to air conservative-biased material. They'll override local management if your boss wants to give you a raise they think is too much.
