Ability to work at home and several good co-workers.

Cons

Managers dangle carrots about promotions. When you are promoted I to a position, for their convenience, there is no training to help you excel at the position and you are left to be shredded by those who were failed by your predecessor.

Pros

Good benefits: health, eye, dental. 401k, stock options. You can enjoy yourself if you're teamed up with a good crew. You find your sanity in your fellow employees.

Cons

Hostile employees get away with treating people aggressively. HR is not effective. So many injustices by being overworked and underpaid. Seniority is not honored. They do not care about your well being and if a schedule is making you sick and delirious

Benefits -- option for 2.5x is great for holidays Growth opportunities

Cons

Bad management from higher-ups to the lower top... mid-level management does try. can be a really toxic company. retaliation is popular. horrible work-life balance w/ little relative pay horrible politics & political coverage. they pretend to be centrist, but are very much not.
