-Great benefits package -Opportunities for advancement (if you know the right people and/or are willing to relocate)

Cons

-Employment contracts for some positions that especially take advantage of entry-level workers. Beware and do your research before signing anything! -Awful management -"Clicky," abusive, demoralizing work culture -Very high turnover rate -Terrible hours, will keep you on night shift if you are unlucky enough to start there -Lackluster wages -Unreasonable performance expectations -Incredibly high levels of stress that can lead to serious health problems

Lack of diversity, lack of actual managers and bullies, toxic work environment, sarcastic human resource workers, lack of encourage, and positive reinforcement, management sends out weekly nasty emails when sales are not met, Narcissistic higher management, Unrealistic and Demanding sales goals for struggling stations. Lack of women and diversity in management. Basically your typical old boys club.
