      It's a growing company, however not due to organic increases in sales but rolling up

      Cons

      They force their right wing views on you, this place in not for women, you can cut the tension with a knife in this place. This is not a meritocracy but more of a place you need to know the right people and "get in with the boys" to go anywhere.

      Pros

      Most of your co-workers are good people. They work hard. They care about doing a good job. There's a strong sense of pride. An "Us against the World Mentality." I really enjoyed working with a vast majority of my co-workers. I feel like they/we deserve(d) better.

      Cons

      Far fewer resources than your competitors. Far less pay than other stations. Management, especially upper management, treats you like little more than a salary. One GM I worked for didn't know my name & we worked together for 3-years. Ownership doesn't seem to care about giving you what it takes to do your job & do it well. They seem to only care about the bottom line.

      Pros

      Opportunity to make a difference. Work on technology projects that matter, are professionally interesting, and market relevant. Great lateral and horizontal access to teammates, functions, and decisions across the entire product development process in an agile dev environment. Tech and Dev driven. Start up culture inside a large corporation.

      Cons

      Multiple aspirational product objectives pose an ongoing risk that resources and organization focus are split too thin -- but that is true for most "tech startups" this size and in this space.
