Good work enviroment, less than steller pay.

Pros

It is by far the most welcoming, relaxed news room I've worked in. Management cares about their employees, and unexpected events are handled in stride. Work load is tolerable.

Cons

As with any broadcast network, it is difficult to balance work/home life, and pay isn't great. The current station has rats and is falling a part, but they are building a new one.
