      Pros

      Generous paid vacation and sick leave, good working environment, Leader in tech advances and new processes.Generally conservative company, but local station dictates views somewhat.

      Cons

      Growth centered, sometimes'forgets' older stations on the path to growth and acquisition of new stations. Growth outpaces managements ability to stay on top of some things. Stations are sales driven, everything else comes behind that, and that message is pushed from the top down. Budgets get cut and tightened, but upper management still has budgets for lavish overseas trips every year.
