A lot of layoffs. Short or no notice Management not close to employees. Usually only work with supervisors. Do not engage with all employees equally.

Demoralizing work environment. No one is willing to innovate or try something new. There is an overwhelming sense of "good enough" is fine and you shouldn't put in the extra effort to make a project shine. Management likes to micro manage, and seems incapable of delegating projects to have them run smoothly. There is no team, you have to look out for yourself.
