      Gained more knowledge of excel.

      Cons

      Upper management is very unpleasant and unkind to employees. Also, made the work environment hostile and unfriendly. Management attitude is unprofessional and disgusting. Little room for advancement. Salary compensation is below average.

      Pros

      Good health insurance and benefits. Sone good people at the station level and at corporate.

      Cons

      Upper management is insular, arrogant and rude. They manage by intimidation and constant berating. Local stations have very little autonomy to do what works best in their market. Sinclair claims its most valuable asset is their employees. Their decisions and practices prove otherwise. Good people have left, are leaving or are trying to leave stations they love because the pressure exerted from Baltimore becomes unbearable.
